Litigation is a tool. We act as advisors in a litigation to ensure that the business objectives are met and keep the litigators on track on the strategy necessary for our clients.

When we decide to represent a client directly, we only accept litigation cases that demonstrate a good opportunity to advance the law or correct injustice.  We will work with experienced litigators and other attorneys to develop the arguments and proceedings that will meet the objectives of our clients.
