There is definitely a great deal of work to do in

navigating the tumultuous economic waters that

we are now facing.

In view of this, I am taking this opportunity to

introduce  The CEO Guide to Creditor Protection

(circulated with January's CA Magazine).  While

not everyone can benefit from a government-

sponsored bail-out, everyone benefits from the

law -- and certainly some businesses will look at

the breathing-room that creditor protection laws

offer to them.

I have written the CEO Guide as an outline for an

executive. My objective is to bring to the front-of-

mind a tool to face the peril of insolvency, but it is

not only for CEOs.

In my work advising company management and

boards of directors through challenges and

executing major transactions, I have found that it

is important to take a clear hard look at a

company’s situation.  I can offer this independent

perspective with the discretion one needs to

when it comes to major issues.  My approach

begins with an analysis and continues to a plan

and its execution.  Whether it is with my own

team or the professional advisors of my clients, I

have always made a full commitment to see my

clients’ projects ro fruition.
